If i took the nclex exam for California and then decided to work in New York?
can I apply for licensure by endorsement/reciprocity to New York while I am still in the Philippines? Or do I need to go to New York first before I can start New York endorsement process? New York City - 1 Answers

The NCLEX is the same exam no matter where you took it. You do need to contact the NY Board of Nursing so you can find out what steps you need to take since you are not in the US. You will have to apply for a license but you will not have to retake the NCLEX.
